At Sterners we even have our own paintshop to provide an even more complete process.
We build standard products, custom ordered products and parts of a product, all after your request and wishes. We handle our production with great care and focus on every detail and wholeness.
In spring 2020 we welcomed two new machines at Sterners specialfabrik:
A robotised CNS bending machine and an automated CNC punching machine.
We are the first company in Sweden with this automatic punchingmachine, a Trumpf 1000 S19 modell in full size that can handle metal plates up to 3000x1500mm
A short example of what we offer with our punchingmachine:
- Small parts
- Treading
- Deburring
- Flange holes
- Take up bigger sized metalplates up to 3×1,5m (118x59inch)
- Sheetmaster, automatic plate movement to be able to work unmanned
- Punches microjoint for running a serial production were the punched particles remain in the plates and can be removed by hand for further processing.
A short example of what we offer with our bending machine:
- 3 meter range bending capacity
- Robotised process, pick-up, bending, drop off.
- Place for 6 pallets for finished bend parts.
- The robot allows automatic change of suction and gripclaw to be able to work unmanned.
- Step by step bending for round forms with big precision.
- Inbuild 90-degrees sensor to ensure quality with suspension of material.
